Dr. Eda Yaşa Özeltürkay has been working as assistant professor of management department in the faculty of economics and administrative sicences at Cag University. She received her BA and MBA degrees from Cag University with high honour degrees then PhD from Cukurova University,Turkey. Her Master thesis was related with family owned business and Ph.D. dissertation was related to healthcare marketing. for years, she has been attending many national and international conferences and presented many papers. Her researches are especially on social media marketing, green marketing, consumer behavior, e-commerce and CRM. She is a member of many national and international journals and being a reviewer of International Marketing Trends Conferences since 2011.

Dr. Murat GÜLMEZ is an assistant professor in the faculty of economics and administrative sciences at Cag University. After completing his BA degree at Istanbul University and MBA degree at University of Dallas USA, he studied his PhD at Cukurova University,Turkey. He teaches E-cmommerce, Contemporary marketing Issues, Logistics Information Systems and Entrepreneurship courses for both undergraduate and graduate level business students. His Ph.D. dissertation is related to corporate social responsibility communication through corporate websites. He has been attending many national and international conferences and presented many papers. His research interests are especially on Virtual worlds, E- commerce, Corporate Social Responsiblity, non-profit organizations, Logistics, supply chain management and entrepreneurship.
