Web Banking in USA
This report presents a survey* on Web sites of banks in USA. It was done in order to learn about Web banking models that are being adopted in United States. We see American banks using the Web to reach opportunities in three different categories: to market information, to deliver banking products and services and to improve customer relationship. We split each one of these categories in three levels of interaction, to classify different kinds of applications that are found in each of the searched Web sites.
