Abstract

Gone are the days when an entrepreneur can “go it alone”. In today’s VUCA environment entrepreneurs must be able to enroll others in their vision, systematically engage them and secure their commitment if they are to turn a dream into reality! Entrepreneurs aren’t born and to be successful in learning and adopting key leadership behaviors will make all the difference between ‘surviving’ and ‘thriving’.
